Itineraries
Day 1
Arrive at the airport and meet a representative and transfer to Negombo.
Check in to hotel at Negombo and relaxOvernight at Negombo.
Day 2
After Breakfast leave to Mahiyanganaya and check in to Luxury camp site.
Evening Visit to Mahaoya Hot water spring.Mahaoya Hot Springs is located about 2km off Mahaoya town. This is said to be the hottest spring of all the hot springs on Sri Lanka. Here you will find well maintained 7 wells with different temperatures. The temperature of the hottest well is about 56C (133F). Only two wells are of bathing temperature. You can see continuous evaporation of steam from the other wells.
Day 3
After Breakfast leave to Vedda village tour including Hunting experience
Hunting experience, Kiri – GohaDance , search for wild bee honey in the wilderness, learn their inhabitancy etc.Sri Lankas aboriginal Veddha settlements are located close to Mahiyanga, at a place called Dambana and at Nilgala Jungles. The Veddha’s live on food- gathering and hunting and have their own dialect and distinctive customs and traditions, and are a fascinating ethnic entity. They are living in houses and are engaged in basic agriculture for their sustenance.
Return to Camp.
Enjoy a BBQ dinner.
Overnight at camp site –Mahiyanganaya.
Day 4
After Breakfast mingle with the Vedda Flocks and you can buy goodies from them too
Have an Authentic Ayurvedic full body treatment to Relax yourselfOvernight at Camp site – Wasgamuwa.
Day 5
After Breakfast leave for Full day safari at Wasgamuwa National Park
143 sq. miles in extent, within the North Central and Central Provinces, was declared as a Strict Nature Reserve on 08.11.1940, and later upgraded as a National Park in 1984 including the intermediate zones of 12.73 sq. miles. ahaweli river and Amban river are the eastern and western boundaries of the park. Tropical intermediate dry mixed evergreen forest predominate its environment. Famous for large heards of Elephants, Leopards, Bear, Wild Buffalo other animals and birds are found here. Over 20 species of mammals, 163 birds ( 5 are endemic to Sri Lanka ) 35 reptiles ( 7 are endemic ) 15 Amphibians, 52 Butterflies ( including all 7 endangered ) are found here.Return to camp site
Overnight at Camp site – Wasgamuwa.

After Breakfast leave for Airport to departure flight
